Pages from Our Life is a record of the lives of two artists Gunnel Hallin and Philip Brown, who, in 150 pages let the reader look over their shoulders at what they have been doing during their fifty-two years together.
Since their first meeting as students in Paris where Philip had his first Exhibition opening on St. Valentine's Day 1950, when they became engaged, they have married and had five children, while working together as Stained Glass Artists, Painters and Authors producing nearly 20 books on Art, Poetry and Local History.
They were commissioned to carry out 3 Millennium Maps for their area. Gounil shows Portraits both drawn and modelled in clay, while Philip has developed a great interest in structured teaching both privately and in School, Art School and College.
